Behind the structure there is our vegetable garden, where every day we collect the fruits and vegetables with which we make refined specialties, including typical appetizers and characteristic desserts.

We put at your disposal the agro-food excellence of Puglia, producing the basic ingredients of Italian cuisine, such as tomato sauce “Passata”, prepared here at the Masseria in the summer months and bottled with care in a slow and solemn ritual, just as tradition dictates.
