  • Wild boar flan with porcini mushrooms and raspberry mousse,
  • Platter of deli cuts and farm cheeses,
  • Tempura di Baccala Cod and cauliflower
  • Turnip Tops “Rape” with crumbled “Taralli” crust

First Course

  • Whole wheat “Troccoli” with porcini mushrooms, parmesan cheese flakes and pumpkin seeds,
  • Cavatelli with veal and meatballs, sautéed with asparagus and smoked scamorza cheese.

Second Course

  • Roasted lamb with aromatic herbs with potatoes, artichokes and “lampascioni” onion bulbs.

Dessert

  • Creamed Chestnuts with crumble.
